WHAT DOES A COMPUT-a-PAC COURSE CONSIST OF?
We could list all the parts of COMPUT-a-PAC, but the course is much more than the sum of those parts. It is a modern, integrated training system with a flexible entry point to quickly build up your knowledge and skills and become a confident in Computer Maintenance.
The course uses a variety of media, plus the back-up of a specialist assigned tutor. It is a course designed for today, to learn quickly and effectively in your own, free, time. The reading you can do on the train or in bed, the practical experience you'll have to do with the computer supplied!
Complete the course and you will take internal examinations and be able to sit recognised paper qualifications. You will have the opportunity to take the examinations of City and Guilds of London Institute or EdExcel (BTEC). There is a continuous assessment throughout the course so that there is no danger of you losing your way as you will be working to the industry standard NVQ in Information Technology.

A business computer with printer and modem is provided on loan (or you can use your own PC) with all the associated training materials so that you can create your own C.V. and write your job applications.
Every course comes with all the software and computer links into our network to give you an instantaneous, inexpensive way of providing solutions. It is like having your own tutor next to you so that you can learn more quickly and more effectively.
When you finish the home based work you return the computer and then at a convenient time visit our Training centre for an intensive set of practical exercises using the latest equipment under expert supervision.
